We took a family walk tonight in Tecumseh's Indian Trails Park.
The park is Maize's favorite place to go. She gets so excited at the mention of the word park that Steve and I have resorted to spelling it out when we are deciding whether or not to go. Tonight we saw our first deer up close in the park and Maize took a swim (which we always find amusing since Basset Hounds are not known to be water-loving dogs).
It was a nice break from the daily grind of studying for me and seeing patients and studying for Steve. Only 6 weeks until the bar exam is over ~ doesn't seem like enough time to learn it all, but I am sure I'll manage.
