Our favorite time of the year is back - only 5 days until we cram into "The Big House" to watch our beloved Michigan Wolverines for the last year as students. We are still not officially in possession of our tickets, but Steve has promised to pick them up tomorrow. This season promises to be the most fun we have had watching Michigan play - lots of major games are home games (including Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, and Ohio State). Now that Steve has accumulated a lot of credit hours we should also have really great seats - you may want to watch for us on tv if you catch a game.
For our friends in Hastings, we hope to see you the weekend of October 18th. This is the first weekend we aren't going to be at a football game or otherwise occupied (Steve has entered licensure testing season starting September 29th). This will make it almost 3 months since we've been able to visit our hometown - probably the longest stretch since we've been married. We are hoping to be home in time to catch my cousin, Luke Mansfield's football game.
Other than that - no news is good news, right?
